When can I see my child’s photo’s?

You will be able to view your child’s photos almost immediately (depending on upload speeds) after your child’s class and individual photos have been taken. From there you can order from a mobile or desktop computer. We do recommend ordering from a desktop, its a little easier. Thumbnail photos can get pretty small on a mobile device making it hard to view the expressions.

Help! I didn’t get a link…

Prime Schools sends the link to the email that you provided upon the registration email to the school. If you did not receive a link, click on the ORDER PHOTOS button at the top of the website. Add in the School and your child’s name to view the personalized photo gallery of your child.

How do I order?

All ordering is done online via this website or through the emailed link. If you didn’t receive a link simply click on the ORDER PHOTOS button at the top of this page.

My child’s gallery won’t display or there is a different student in the gallery…

If you are experiencing these issues, please email us right away at orders@primeschoolphotography.com so we can have our IT department correct the gallery. Most of the time it is a barcoding issue that can be resolved right away.

When is the last day families can order?

Prime School Photography starts processing your photos approx.10 days after the photo sessions have been completed. Families will receive an email prompting them on the 10 day free delivery to the school window. Once this 10 day window is closed, families can order photos till the end of the school year and Prime will mail the orders to their home for $7.00.

Can I still order after the 10 day window cut-off time?

Yes! All photos are able to be ordered till the end of the school year. The orders will be shipped to your home for $7.00. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the orders to be processed and mailed through Canada Post to your home.

What do I do if I can’t get through on the telephone?

Customer service is very important to us. We respond to all calls within 24hrs. We also have info@primeschoolphotography.com for your convenience. All emails will be directed to the proper person at Prime School Photography.

What does my grad photo session include?

Our normal sessions include 2 looks. One is multiple images of your cap & gown look and the other is either a casual look or your formal look. You can choose.

How much does the grad sessions and photos cost?

For the 2 looks, the cost of the session is $40.00 + GST in every school. There is an additional price list for the graduates photo packages ranges between $45 -$495 just depending on how many images you choose. These are listed on the ordering page of the link you will be emailed to view your proofs.

What do I bring for my grad photo session?

It is important to come with your hair and make-up done. We have grad gowns and caps in studio along with flowers and a diploma. Wear a nice shirt and tie guys or a scoop or V neck shirt girls. This will look great under your gown.

What outfits should I bring?

Bring a couple casual outfits that you feel comfortable and stylish in with matching shoes. We will choose one look out of your outfits you brought for this session. If you decide to wear your formal attire this is also acceptable in replace of the casual look. Come ready in your formal attire (suit and tie with jacket or dress) and you can change for the cap and gown look to end the photo session.

Do we need to bring a cap & gown?

No! We have all the proper attire at the studio or will be bringing it to the school to match your school colours.

Should we bring props?

Yes! Bring your favourite props of the things you love most. Some bring items of sports paraphernalia, some music, some art or even some balloons. Bring what makes you happy to capture these important memories and things you do!

What colours should I wear?

Its always amazing when you match something with your eye colour. A hat, a tie, a shirt or a jacket. These types of things make your eye’s pop in the photos. We can also match the backgrounds also, there are several backgrounds to choose from online. This makes the images show like a magazine shot.

Should I wear accessories?

Yes! The more styled you are the better the texture in the photos appear. It looks sharp. If you have your ears pierced be sure to wear earrings. Have your nails done and your hair just the way you like it.

Final details are important…

Make sure your clothing is wrinkle free, that all the buttons are in check and that there aren’t any tears in the clothing that aren’t supposed to be there. The camera captures everything so it is important that your shoes are clean and you outfits are pressed. Don’t forget to get your beauty sleep! Arrive to your session 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.

When do I get to see my photos?

Your parents will be emailed a direct link to your photo gallery moments after your photo session in completed. This personalized gallery will walk you through how to order packages, prints and products for all who you want.
